Before the experiment masseur/masseuse and patients can try to use G100 AI Anti-inflammatory lymphatic detoxifying essential oils for bathing –

1. Wash the whole body with natural body wash and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
2. Mix 60-120 drops (2.5-5 ml) of G100 AI anti-inflammatory lymphatic detoxifying essential oil with 0-15 ml of natural (no chemical essence) body wash, mix evenly in a small bath tub, then add 500 ml of 45-55 degrees Celsius hot water, gently and evenly stir by hand to become an aroma bathing cleanser.
3. Add half warm water at 41-45 degrees Celsius in the home bathtub, wash the whole body with 500 ml of essential oil bath mixed with steel in the bathtub, each place for more than 20 seconds, finally close your eyes and wash your hair, ears, face, rinse your face with water to avoid the essential oil bath liquid entering into your eyes. The remaining essential oil bath liquid is poured into the bathtub, and the whole body with the hair lie down and soak in the mixture of essential oil and warm water in the bathtub for 5-15 minutes, so that body skin and pores are exposed to essential oil bath liquid (including inside and outside of reproductive organs, anus, except eyes).
4. Get up and rinse the whole body with clean warm water or cold water, and then repeat the second essential oil bath for 5-15 minutes according to personal physical conditions, and rinse the whole body with clean warm water or cold water again.

  本實驗希望藉由精油溫泉浸浴,來了解如何更有效的對抗傷風感冒和流行性病毒感冒. 建議參與泡澡實驗者需得到醫師的同意. 實驗前按摩者和被按摩者可以嘗試使用G100 AI 抗發炎淋巴排毒精油來浸浴 –

1. 將全身用沐浴精清洗, 徹底用溫水沖乾淨.
2. 將60-120滴 (2.5-5毫升)的G100 AI 抗發炎淋巴排毒精油, 和0-15毫升的天然(無化學香精)沐浴精, 在沐浴小盆子裡均勻混合, 再加入500毫升的攝氏45-55度熱水, 用手輕輕均勻攪拌, 成為精油沐浴液.
3. 家浴盆放入半缸攝氏41-45度溫水, 在浴盆裡用混合的500毫升精油沐浴液清洗全身, 每處超過20秒, 最後閉眼洗頭髮,耳朵, 面部, 用清水沖洗面部, 以避免精油沐浴液近入眼睛裡. 剩餘精油沐浴液倒入浴盆裡, 全身連頭髮部分躺下浸泡在浴盆的精油和溫水混合液裡, 持續5-15分鐘, 讓全身皮膚與毛孔都接觸到精油沐浴液 (包括生殖器官內外, 肛門, 眼睛除外).
4. 起身以乾淨溫水或涼水沖洗全身, 再根據個人身體狀況重複第二次精油浸浴5-15分鐘, 以及以乾淨溫水或涼水沖洗全身.
5. 浸浴的安全與否, 需視請注意每個人的健康狀況而小心進行。
